Two Component Adhesives

DIPUR 2C is a two-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive engineered specifically for structural bonding of corners in the manufacture of aluminium windows and doors. It is supplied in a dual-cartridge format and applied through a static mixer using a hand or pneumatic gun, producing a paste-like mixed product that does not run or sag after application — an important characteristic in joinery production environments where precision and cleanliness matter.

The adhesive is designed for pressure bonding across a broad range of materials including insulation materials of all types, drywall panels, GFK panels with sheet metal, PVC, polyester laminate, wood, concrete (after priming), and other construction substrates. This versatility makes DIPUR 2C a practical choice not only in window and door manufacturing but also wherever a controlled, paste-consistency structural bond is required between dissimilar materials.

DIPUR 2C has obtained IFT Rosenheim test certificate No. 22-003201 of 31.03.2023, which independently confirms the strength of bonded corners across varying temperatures and storage conditions — a key requirement for aluminium joinery manufacturers working to quality standards. Bonded corners produced with DIPUR 2C can be powder coated after curing, eliminating the need for masking or additional surface preparation steps in downstream finishing.

The product is available in two time versions: the standard DIPUR 2C with an application time of 15–25 minutes and an open time of 30–45 minutes, and the faster DIPUR 2C FAST with an application time of 6–9 minutes and an open time of 10–15 minutes. Both versions are available in light beige, white, and anthracite.
