PURSAN AE 500 is a universal aerosol cleaning spray designed specifically for use with polyurethane foam and adhesive systems. It is the recommended cleaning agent across the Polychem Systems product range, used to remove uncured foam residues from assembly foam guns and their components, and to clean fresh uncured polyurethane adhesive stains from substrates and tools before they cure.

The product works in two modes. For manual cleaning, the cap is placed on the nozzle of a foam can and the cleaner is sprayed directly onto contaminated surfaces or gun nozzles, with residual product removed using a dry cloth. For gun cleaning, the gun container is unscrewed, the nozzle and gun adapter are sprayed to clear any remaining foam, and the PURSAN AE 500 container is then screwed directly onto the gun. Pressing the gun lever repeatedly purges residual foam from the gun mechanism completely.

PURSAN AE 500 holds PZH Hygienic Certificate No. B-BK-60211-0481/21, confirming it has been assessed by the Polish National Institute of Public Health. Standard protective clothing should be worn during use and the full Safety Data Sheet should be consulted before handling. The product has a shelf life of 2 years from manufacture date when stored in original containers under recommended conditions. Available in Ireland and the UK through Spray Foam Direct Distributions.
