STYRPUR FAST is a fast-curing one-component polyurethane adhesive in gun spray format. It is designed for repairs, hobby work, bonding non-construction structures, and fixing decorative elements, as well as for installing polystyrene boards in thermal insulation systems and fitting window sills. It bonds to a wide range of materials including concrete, plaster, brick, wood, metal, polystyrene, laminates, XPS, OSB boards, plasterboards, and mineral wool — in any combination.
Shake the container vigorously around 30 times before use, then screw on the applicator. Apply adhesive in an approximate 3cm braid to the surface. Elements must be joined within 4 minutes of applying the adhesive. Light elements should be held in place for 15 minutes, after which adhesion is achieved. Full cure takes around 24 hours. Do not use joints thicker than 0.5cm and do not wet the surface or the adhesive. Machining can begin after 2 hours.
Remove fresh contamination with PURSAN AE 500. After finishing work, purge remaining adhesive from the gun by screwing on a solvent can and pressing the trigger repeatedly until the gun is clear. Also remove any remaining adhesive from the can valve after use. Technical Approval No. 001SB-04/1686-2023 has been issued for the product.
